Sexual Assault

by Carin

Sexual assault has been an ongoing crime of violence for months, years, decades, and even centuries. Where women and men have been brutally assaulted sexually because of the explicit sexual orientation a person may have. Sexual assault has been promoted in various techniques. It is often used by the aggressor or active rage for the aggressor to be seen as the one in control and continuously feared by the victim. Sexual assault often doesn't occur from an individual simply “snatching” someone up, but through a relationship, or intimate actions such as masturbation, and kissing. Critically, the proper way to address sexual assault, is “an event that occured without the victims consent, involved the use of force, or the threat of the use of force, or the threat of the use of force, and involved the use of force, or the threat of the use of force, and involved actual or attempted penetration of the victims vagina, mouth, or rectum. Unfortunately, many rapes are unreported, or reduced in the timeline of their designated time of rate. Simply because of the sudden feeling of disgrace and guilt before their actions. However, from many perspectives, this doesn't make up for the time of their sexual assault, for either children of this matter. Where countless families, friends, and people advocating for a particular individual under the influence of being a victim are unpleasant to hear. Where people are even unaware of their relative or child being viciously SA, or even worse, raped. Either way, after the cruel action of raping someone, their outcome has a severe effect on the factors of the victim's health. Where post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can occur, trust obstacles of committing to a relationship can even be difficult, as this individual may fear being savagely assaulted. Thus, this is how Sexual Assault has been a public issue. Whereas thousands to millions of participants advocate for women's and even men's protection of their bodies, advocating that assaulting someone sexually is unbelievable, and can even serve individuals with unbearable years in jail/prison. Over and above that, for advocacy, some cities provide hospitality treatment. Such as New York City, NY, Ohio (statewide), Lexington, NC (and rural areas), Chicago, IL, and more. Where sexual assault was often reported in these cities to the emergency department (ED), for specific examination. Where victims provide their evidence collection, unpleasant facts and specific treatments for the damage that has been done. They also have trained sexual assault nurses, who provide care for these individuals; they are SANE examiners, and the emergency Physician (EP) role is to commit to the evaluation in most EDs. This is so that they can be familiarised with common SA injuries and explicit outcomes. From a historical interpretation, rape was never considered a crime against the law, as women were the property of their husbands. Giving them the provided will of sexual orienting them when they feel the need to. Traditional definitions, which originated from the British Common Law, have, however, defined raped a “carnal knowledge of a woman by force against her will. This designated definition was towards a specific gender. Overall, rape is a cruel crime, and various repercussions follow up with this.
